MICE New Normal Guidelines 

With the outbreak of Covid-19, we demand to prioritize our visitors’ health and well-being in every aspects. From meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions, we have applied New Normal Guideline with our high standards of hygiene and safety, to be ready to welcome guests back again for the ultimate relaxation at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort.

 

All staffs wearing mask

Employees must wear a mask at all times when they’re at the property. We insist that they never forget to wear their masks, especially during interactions with the guests. Also, employees must avoid close contact with any visitors. We take the precaution of wearing a mask as much as possible, except when eating, and we maintain proper social distancing between others.

Washing hands frequently

The guideline suggested washing your hands for at least 20 seconds, and frequently washing your hands every 30 minutes if possible. We provide hand soap that contains alcohol, and tissue towels that are always available to use in the restrooms

Attendees and staffs travel record

All attendees including both guests and staffs are required to scan the QR code from application ‘Thaichana’, for the record of attending our hotel’s venues.

Temperature check service for guests and staffs

Temperature checking is a must for everyone before entering the property. However, if a guest’s temperature is over 38 C, they will be asked to not enter the venue and must follow the precaution related to having a high risk fever

 

Social distancing at minimum 2 meters

We strictly keep social distancing in all areas. By putting signages on the table and asking guests to always follow guidelines and avoid close contact.

Hand sanitizer available around public area

We provide hand sanitizer around our public area and make sure it is ready to use. We provide it both inside and outside the meeting room.

Cleaning public restroom for every 2 hours

Our public restrooms are cleaned every two hours. It is also required that other public areas are cleaned frequently.

Thoughtfully disinfected

Avoiding any interactions between staffs and guests. We will be handing over objects instead, especially during check-in. Staffs will not handover keys card directly to guest by hand.

Keep hygienic in the restaurant area

Guests will not be able to pick up food themselves, especially at the buffet area. However, we have our staffs who wear protective gloves ready to service you. And the kitchenware are secure safely before use.

 

We take our visitors’ health and well-being as our first priority. To provide safe accommodation in our properties, both employees and the guests are mandated for health screening. We follow the social distancing norms everywhere.

And all the essentials including hand sanitizers, masks, and gloves are available for everyone at the hotel.
